Mit dem kompakten K-FIT Anpassungssystem haben wir eines der aktuell komfortabelsten Systeme entwickelt. Mit dem Drehrad erfolgt eine präzise Anpassung des Kopfringes in beide Richtungen. K-FIT vereint die aktive und passive Sichtbarkeit dank integriertem Rückstrahler und zuschaltbarem LED Rücklicht mit Dauer- und Blinkmodus.

Beim maxSHELL® Herstellungsverfahren wird die EPS Innenschale nach dem Schäumprozess mit der Oberschale (Microshell) durch ein spezielles Bondingverfahren untrennbar verbunden. Dieser Sandwichverbund zeichnet sich durch eine höhere Elastizität aus. Das maxSHELL® Verfahren bietet sehr gute Dämpfungseigenschaften und ist extrem robust und langlebig.

QUICKSTOPP

QUICKSTOPP Gurtsystem

Das QUICKSTOPP System in der Helmmitte ermöglicht die schnelle Verstellung der Gurtlänge und verhindert das Durchrutschen des Gurtes von einer Seite des Helms auf die andere. Es werden zwei QUICKSTOPP Varianten je nach Helmgeneration verwendet. Sollte bei kleinem Kopf das Gurtschloss nach der Gurtlängenkürzung zu weit seitlich enden (1) wird der QUICKSTOPP Hebel geöffnet (2) und das Gurtband zur anderen Helmseite gezogen, bis das Gurtschloss mittig sitzt (3).

RIB CAGE Verstärkungselement

Innenliegende Verstärkungselemente wie der Rib Cage ermöglichen die Umsetzung größtmöglicher Ventilationsöffnungen ohne Abstriche bei sicherheitsrelevanten Eigenschaften. Die Strukturverstärkungen werden während des Herstellungsprozesses in der EPS Schale integriert.

EPS Innenschale

Die EPS Innenschale (Expanded Polystyrene) ist die Basis jeder Helmentwicklung. Sie bestimmt die Dämpfungseigenschaften des Helms bei einem Aufprall. Mit unserem 30-jährigen Know-how in der Fertigung von EPS Bauteilen ermöglichen wir die ideale Balance von Gewicht, Lüftungsöffnungen und Materialaufwand. Das Aufschäumen der EPS Kugeln erfolgt in speziellen, von uns gefertigten, Werkzeugen. Die fertige EPS Schale besteht dabei zu 98% aus Luft, welche wie bei einem Gasfederbein die Dämpfung übernimmt. Mit unserem einzigartigen Fertigungsverfahren erzielen wir eine besonders leistungsfähige Gesamtstruktur des EPS Körpers mit sehr hoher Vernetzung der EPS Kugeln und perfekt abgestimmter Dichte.
