Since our foundation in 1985, we have been producing at the Freiberg am Neckar location - and are now the only bicycle helmet manufacturer with production in Germany. Over 80% of our helmets are created here on site with a high level of production depth, short paths and a well -rehearsed team that has been working hand in hand for many years. From pouring to foaming, screen printing and deep pulling to assembly and shipping: almost every production step takes place under our own roof. This guarantees consistently high quality, maximum flexibility and real independence from global supply chains.
