Shipping information

The standard delivery time for an order is 2-4 working days. To minimize our impact on the environment and avoid returns, we ask that you determine the correct size before ordering. For each product you will find information about the available sizes and a size guide.

Free Shipping:Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders over €29.00. For orders below €29.00 the shipping costs are €4.90.

The shipping costs within Europe are €14.90.

For orders over €100, shipping within Europe is free.

We currently do not offer shipping for Switzerland and countries outside of Europe due to high shipping, customs and clearance costs. We are of course happy if you would like to buy our products, please inquire about this from local dealers.

 

We ship in an environmentally conscious manner with DHL Go Green 

KED is committed to sustainable shipping and cooperates with DHL. By using the GoGreen service, all national and international shipments are processed in a CO2-neutral manner, with no additional costs for our customers. The resulting emissions are offset by investments in global climate protection projects. Together with DHL, we promote environmental protection and support the goal of eliminating all logistics-related emissions by 2050.

Returns & Exchanges

The helmet doesn't fit or there is another problem with our goods? Please tell us the reason and contact our customer service within 14 days, stating the order number. We will then provide you with a return label for return shipping within Germany and issue a refund. For returns from the rest of Europe, the refund will be made less a return shipping fee of €14.95. Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible for organizational reasons. If you need a different size, simply order a new helmet.

The quality of the products we produce is important to us. If our goods do not meet your expectations or if a part is broken or lost, please contact your dealer or our customer service directly (link). We will repair damage caused by wear and tear for a reasonable fee or find another solution.
