Mips® Brain Protection System
The EPS Interior shell of the KED helmet ensures the highest impact damping in the event of a fall. QUICKSTOPP Gurtsystem

Sollte bei kleinem Kopf das Gurtschloss nach der Gurtlängenkürzung zu weit seitlich enden (1) wird der QUICKSTOPP Hebel geöffnet (2) und das Gurtband zur anderen Helmseite gezogen, bis das Gurtschloss mittig sitzt (3).
RIB CAGE Reinforcement element

EPS Inner shell

The foaming of the EPS Balls are carried out in special tools manufactured by us. The finished EPS 98% of the shell consists of air, which takes over the damping as with a gas spring bone.
