Ours Tailor made KAILU in Glossy Orange combines “Made in Germany” with a design that radiates. The low weight and strong ventilation through 23 openings allow show kids to almost forget that they are wearing a helmet. With the maxSHELL® manufacturing process, the EPS-After the foaming process, the inner shell is inseparably connected to the upper shell (microshell) using a special bonding process. This sandwich composite is characterized by greater elasticity. The maxSHELL® process offers very good damping properties and is extremely robust and durable.

QUICKSTOP belt system

The QUICKSTOP system in the middle of the helmet allows the strap length to be adjusted quickly and prevents the strap from slipping from one side of the helmet to the other. Two QUICKSTOPP variants are used depending on the helmet generation. If the belt buckle ends too far to the side after shortening the belt length (1), the QUICKSTOP lever is opened (2) and the belt strap is pulled to the other side of the helmet until the belt buckle is in the middle (3).
