Within Germany delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Standard shipping costs €4.90 and is free from an order value of €29. Shipping to other European countries costs €14.90 and is free from €100. We currently do not ship to Switzerland or outside Europe.

Can I return a bike helmet if it does not fit?

Yes. Contact customer service within 14 days, quote your order number and send the helmet back unused in its original packaging. From Germany you get a return label, and from other European countries we deduct a return shipping fee of €14.95. We do not offer direct exchanges, so for a different size you place a new order.
